Our Power Plate training is always guided to ensure the most effective, personalized and safe training. You can take part in individual coaching, pair training or Small Group classes. Read more below and choose the most suitable option from our online booking.

Power Plate Training
For your first visit you should book a Get to know -visit. At that time, you and your supervisor discuss your baseline and the goals you want. At the same time you’ll get a first touch of the incredible power of Power Plate!
After the first training, you can book an individual or a pair training – double classes are also possible.
